CTC Offers Superior Customer Service


The history of CTC stretches back to 1905 when Cambridge Telephone Company was established to bring phone service to Adams and Washington counties in Idaho. Since then, telecommunications has changed tremendously, and so has CTC. But through the years, one thing has not changed: our dedication to superior customer service.

Thanks to some bigger nationwide businesses, the telecommunications industry doesn't have an excellent reputation.  But CTC is not like the big conglomerates. Having roots in a small town means we treat our customers like family, friends, and neighbors because most of them are! Our employees live and work in Idaho. When you call in, you'll talk to a live person, not some automated call tree. 

While we can't always compete with giant corporations' pricing, we always put people before profits. Our top priorities are both customers and our employees. CTC only hires the best in the customer service space. We look for people who have strong communication and interpersonal skills. We don't just hire on a resume. During our interviews, we consider a person's personality, service-oriented attributes, and attitude. Do they smile when they speak to you, even on the phone? Do they have active listening skills? We hold all our customer service representatives to high standards. We aren't looking to hire good employees; we want great ones.
