Director of Business Operations

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000; eligible for benefits

Location: Cambridge, ID

The Director of Business Operations is responsible for ensuring that all processes, systems, and personnel are operating effectively and efficiently. This position will create and execute strategies to support the growth of the business by managing and optimizing the resources available. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in business operations and strategic planning.

As Director of Business Operations your initial job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures

  • Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and proceduresMonitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and implement budgets and cost-control measures
  • Manage the performance of personnel and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Direct management of the following teams: customer service, accounting and billing, human resources, and title & escrow
  • Be an escalation point for customer concerns and resolve them while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendors and suppliers
  • Other job duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, and project management preferred
  • Work out of multiple office locations including but not limited to Cambridge, Council, and Meridian.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • This position requires the ability to work in office Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
  • This position will require the passing of a pre-employment background check and a drug screening test

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to being able to sit for extended periods of time you may be required to perform physical demands as required, such as: bending, squatting, crouching, kneeling, reaching, occasional crawling or lying on ground, lifting up to 75 lbs.

Client Service Specialist

Pay: From $16.00 per hour; eligible for benefits

Location: Cambridge, ID

Cambridge Telephone Co,, Inc. an Idaho-based Telecommunications Carrier is looking to fill the role of Client Service Specialist in our Cambridge office. This position will be full time and non-exempt, and as such you will be eligible for fringe benefits in accordance with the company’s benefit plans.

In this position, you must be able to handle client questions and concerns with CTC’s Phone, Internet, and Wireless services. This is a position that requires knowledge of the company’s equipment and applications, as well as excellent client support skills over the phone and through email. The Client Service Specialist will participate in phases of network services integration, which could include requirements gathering and project management.

As a Client Service Specialist your initial job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a constant line of communication with current and prospective customers
  • Act as primary Customer Care contact for customers
  • Create Service Orders and complete billing processes
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails for customers in a timely manner
  • Respond to first-tier help desk and end-user service requests
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and our team members both in person and over the phone
  • Building strong working relationships with our customers
  • Be familiar with and follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Other job duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Must have excellent writing skills and be a good communicator
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced team environment
