Automatic Callback dials phone numbers for you and then alerts you when the line is free and the call is ready to go through. Automatic Callback saves you valuable time. You can handle other tasks while this service keeps trying to reach an important busy number. Meanwhile, your line stays free for others to use.
How to use Autmatic Callback:

After the tone say your message and then press the # key
Calling ID Name and Number will allow you to see who is calling before you answer. You choose which calls to answer immediately and which ones to return at a more convenient time. Special Call ID equipment is required.
If you are using your telephone, Call Waiting notifies you when you have another call. When you are using the telephone a special tone tells you a second call is waiting. Simply press and release the ‘switchhook’ on your telephone. You are connected to the waiting call. To return to the original caller, simply press and release the ‘switchhook’ again. To leave Call Waiting, hang up, your phone will ring, answer and you will be connected with the remaining caller.

This feature allows a subscriber to have a coded ring on a single line. This feature assigns an additional telephone number to each ringing code. Please call your telephone company to activate this feature.

How to use Automatic Recall
If the line is busy:
To cancel your Automatic Recall request, press *89 (On a rotary phone, dial 1188.)
Call Forwarding Busy lets you forward your calls to another phone when your line is busy
**NOTE: Customer should use Call Forward Variable to Forward Calls from Home**

With Call Forwarding No Answer, your telephone is automatically forwarded to another party if you do not answer.

Automatically forwards the subscribers calls to another location when you plan to be away from your telephone for an extended period of timer or you do not wish to receive any calls. Note that you, not the originating party, are billed for any toll charges when the forward-to-number is outside your local calling area.

Allows subscribers to prevent incoming calls from ringing at their stations. Only callers who have the subscriber’s Personal Identification Number (PIN) can override the Do Not Disturb feature. To activate the feature, the subscriber can dial *78 on a push button phone or 1178 on a rotary phone. To deactivate the feature, the subscriber can dial *79 push-button or 1179 rotary. Subscribers with push-button phones can change their PIN by dialing the access code #87. The subscriber is still able to make outgoing calls while the Do Not Disturb feature is activated.
Allows subscribers with an individual access line, to use the line as an intercom system. This feature is activated when the subscriber dials their own number from any extension on the line, receives a busy signal and hangs up. Upon hanging up, all extensions on the line will ring.
Allows a subscriber to dial a code (11) that will cause the feature to automatically redial the number of the last incoming call to that line, whether the call was answered or not. The customer does not have to know the number of the calling party. If the called number is busy, the feature will redial the number for a limited time. A tone alerts the subscriber when the called line is available.
