It was our pleasure to meet Gene and Patti this month at their beautiful new home.

"We are Gene and Patti Egbert we just purchased a home in the Patagonia subdivision in Kuna. During a conversation with our builder, I asked about internet service providers, and he suggested CTC. I called the Boise number and was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered by a person, not a machine with a confusing menu of choices to navigate. I chose a plan and scheduled the installation for a few days in the future. The installers arrived promptly and went right to work. They were friendly and efficient. They were also very conscientious, removing their shoes when they entered our home, and were careful to pick up any scraps from the install. I had several questions about the install and the techs were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions.

The service has been outstanding, no downtime or interruptions. With small town, personal service in the big city, and fast internet at reasonable prices, what’s not to like about CTC?"
