January Customer of the Month

Introducing... THE guys! To know them is to love them: Blake Loveland, Jay Reiss, and Mark Loveland!

For the very first month of this brand-new year, we decided to ask the co-owners of Loveland’s General Store and Jay’s Sinclair of Cambridge to be our Customers of the Month. We thought of them primarily because their love of this great community and for the people in it is truly evident in all they do. From their excellent standard of customer service to their many contributions to local schools, individuals, churches, and other organizations, their positive impact on Cambridge is contagious and infectious. Their motto is, “If you need it, and we don’t have it, we’ll get it!”

Mark, Blake, and Jay enjoy supporting other local businesses personally as well, as much as possible, to keep the community strong, as well as an expression of gratitude for the community that supports them and allows their families to live in this wonderful town. In fact, the guys all appreciate being able to walk down the block to their local phone and internet providers, Cambridge Telephone, to chat face-to-face about their service or to pay a bill. A recent long-term outage by a competitive broadband provider make them even more grateful to be CTC customers. While the internet service for the customers of this large company was down, it was still just business-as-usual for Jay’s and Loveland’s General Store.

  • Centurylink could only offer me up to 20 down and 0.8 up. CTC was able to give me 50 down and 10 up. They came and installed an upgraded line to my house for free, when Centurylink came to my door and asked if I wanted an upgrade for $250. The internet is great and I always get the speed advertised, it never drops or cuts out. The best thing is no datacaps like with Cableone, which I would go over every month. This is probably the best internet you can get if they are in your area. Fast and reliable speed with no data caps.
