• The types of information we may collect via your correspondence with CTC or that you may provide when you install, register with, access, or use the CTC Command Center Mobile Application (the "App").

• This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect in this App and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App or other CTC Services.

This Privacy Policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Calix apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App.
• You provide to or is collected by any third party.
• Our websites and apps, and these other third parties, may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We collect information from and about users of our App:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically when you use the App.
• From other third parties for use with the App.

When you download, register with, or use the App, we may ask you to provide information:

• That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as your password, and your router’s MAC address and serial number.

• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.

You may provide personal or other information to CTC and other third parties and displayed on the App through your use of the App. The provision of this information by you to these third parties may be subject to such third parties’ terms and conditions. CTC does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for such information.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
• To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
• To send periodic emails The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
• Provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, including any in-App notifications related to your use of the App.
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We do not use cookies.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

You can review your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. Personal information provided by you when you register with the App cannot be changed by you and we are unable to correct any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you wish to correct your personal information, please delete your user account and create a new account.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
